Echo is responsible for the overall coordination of the Co-Exist NSW Service, including the planning and implementation of prevention initiatives targeting communities from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds; liaison with ethnic community organisations and service providers; organisation of community awareness programs and service provider training, staff supervision, budget management and project and financial reporting.

Irene is responsible for establishing and maintaining links with CALD community organisations and groups to promote Co-Exist NSW. She undertakes needs assessment and research into drug and alcohol and co-morbidity issues for CALD communities and identifies service gaps to inform service development.
Irene also facilitates the provision of cross-cultural workforce development and education strategy for mainstream professionals working with people from CALD communities experiencing substance abuse and concurrent mental health problems. In addition Irene provides relevant training and education to service providers and community groups.

Maria supports the work of Co-Exist NSW Statewide service. She is responsible for the provision of administrative and secretarial support to a multidisciplinary team, provision of computer support in a variety of computer applications, desktop publishing, assisting manager with financial and OH&S issues and other administrative duties as required.
