Services for Problem Gamblers and Their Families

Multicultural Problem Gambling Services provides free counselling and support to problem gamblers and their families in more than 40 languages across NSW. These services include:

  • telephone counselling
  • face-to-face counselling
  • telephone information, advice and referral
  • peer support programmes in community languages
  • community education programs to provide information about the impact of problem gambling.

Our counsellors are qualified clinicians from various professional disciplines. Assistance to problem gamblers and their families is confidential.

For assistance outside our service hours, please contact G-Line (NSW) problem gambling information, counselling and referral help-line on 1800 633 635 (TTY 1800 633 649) which operates 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.
