The Women's Health at Work Program is a statewide service. The program aims to improve the health and wellbeing of people from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds in the workplace in partnership with the women, their employers and other key stakeholders.The program aims to:

  • build the capacity of CALD background women, employers and key service providers to gain better health outcomes in workplaces;

  • facilitate equity in access and provision of services from both government and non-government organisations and their agencies; and

  • advocate for health improvements in partnership with CALD background women in their workplaces.
